By using SavesmartShop or placing an order you agree to the terms below.
Orders
An order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm dispatch. We may decline or cancel an order — with a full refund — if an item is out of stock, mispriced, or if we suspect fraud.
Pricing & payment
Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and include applicable tax where indicated. Payment is taken securely by Stripe at checkout. We reserve the right to change prices at any time before an order is placed.
Product information
We take care to describe products, ingredients and shades accurately, but packaging and formulations can change. Always read the label before use. Nothing on this site is medical advice; speak to a professional about specific health concerns.
Supplier-shipped items
Some items are dispatched directly by a supplier on our behalf. Your contract for those items remains with SavesmartShop and our shipping and returns policy applies.
Partner offers & affiliate links
Products marked as partner offers are sold by third-party retailers. Clicking through takes you to their site, where their terms govern the sale. We may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. We are not a party to those transactions and are not responsible for them.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts used for abuse or fraud.
Cancellation
You may cancel an order before it is dispatched by emailing support@savesmartshop.co.uk. After dispatch, our returns policy applies.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We do not exclude liability for death, personal injury or fraud caused by our negligence.
